Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings, all exchanges are final. Mycologics provides services — not retail products — through a private membership community. All transactions represent exchanges for services rendered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during fulfillment
  • Incorrect or does not match your request
  • Missing items from your confirmed order

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right — either through replacement or credit toward a future exchange.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process (preparation, packaging, or handoff to delivery/shipping), cancellations are not available.

Membership

Membership to the Mycologics community is free. There is nothing to refund for membership itself. If you wish to close your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting us.

Disputes

If you have a concern about any exchange, we encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly within our community.
