Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

Mycologics operates as a private, members-only community providing cultivation expertise, preparation guidance, and ceremonial support services. All exchanges within this community are for services rendered — not for products sold. Therapeutics and functionals are provided in the context of these services.

Mycologics is a service of Prism System Services LLC, operating under the spiritual umbrella of the Thousand Suns Church of Mother Earth.

2. Membership & Eligibility

By registering as a member, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age
  • You have read and agree to the Intention Agreement presented at signup
  • You understand this is a private community, not a public retail operation
  • You will not redistribute, resell, or transfer any offerings received through this community
  • You accept full responsibility for your use of any therapeutics or functionals accessed through this service

3. Operating Area & Legal Framework

Mycologics operates exclusively within legally decriminalized areas of the State of Michigan. Our physical location is in Detroit, Michigan, where the possession and therapeutic use of entheogenic plants and fungi has been decriminalized by city ordinance.

Third-party shipping, when available, is facilitated by an independent provider that operates under its own compliance framework. Mycologics is not the shipper of record. Members who select third-party shipping are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Exchanges & Payments

All monetary exchanges are for services rendered. We accept:

  • Credit/debit card via Stripe (secure, encrypted processing)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major currencies)
  • Venmo and Cash App (instructions provided at checkout)
  • Cash (for in-person pickup and local delivery)

For non-card payments, orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified.

5. Fulfillment

Three fulfillment methods are available:

  • Local Delivery — within decriminalized areas of Michigan. $80 minimum. Scheduled within 24-48 hours.
  • In-Person Pickup — at our Detroit location. By appointment. Free.
  • Third-Party Shipping — facilitated by an independent provider. Domestic, 2-5 business days. Mycologics is not the shipper of record.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our offerings, all exchanges are final. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your request, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellations are not available.

7. Community Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Treat all community interactions with respect and intention
  • Not share access credentials or membership privileges with non-members
  • Not use this community for any purpose that violates applicable law
  • Not publicly disclose private community information, pricing, or member details

Mycologics reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mycologics, Prism System Services LLC, Medicine of the Gods, and Thousand Suns Church of Mother Earth provide services on an "as is" basis and assume no liability for:

  • Individual reactions, experiences, or outcomes related to any therapeutics or functionals
  • Delays or issues with third-party shipping providers
  • Member decisions regarding use, dosage, or application of any offerings
  • Legal consequences arising from a member's failure to comply with their local laws

9. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

Mycologics is not a medical provider. Nothing on this website or within this community constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and offerings provided are for educational, ceremonial, and spiritual purposes only.

Psilocybin-containing fungi may interact with medications including SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, and other psychoactive substances. Individuals with a personal or family history of psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or certain cardiovascular conditions should consult a qualified healthcare provider before engaging with entheogenic therapeutics.

All therapeutics are provided for prayer and ceremonial use within legal containers. No claims are made regarding the treatment, cure, or diagnosis of any medical condition.

Members assume full responsibility for their decisions regarding the use of any offerings accessed through this community.
